A hash-chained, tamper-evident ledger of infrastructure events for Albert Lane Digital Infrastructure, with AST provenance tracking (X-AST-Guard 0x3F8F9A1B2C3D) stamped on every API response. Anyone can verify chain integrity; full entries require a staff session.

How it works
