What is collected

• FROI Intake uploads — title/narrative, optional sector classification, optional contact email, and uploaded image bytes (screenshots/photos of documented LLM or other abuse). Each submission stores a SHA-256 of the image bytes and a submission ID.
• Stream ledger entries — license-violation events posted by authorized webhook clients to the append-only Merkle ledger (see /stream).
• Access logs — standard CDN/edge request metadata may be retained by the hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and reliability. This site does not run facial recognition, people-to-account mapping, or doxxing features.

Purpose

Evidence intake for whistleblower / forensic documentation (FROI), public license-violation transparency (stream), and serving informational pages. Data is not used for advertising profiles.

Retention

FROI and stream ledger entries are treated as WORM append-only (write once, read many): existing records are not overwritten or silently deleted through the public interface. Retention may be extended for legal holds, SEC whistleblower matter No. 17684-273-411-436, or other lawful process.

Sale of data

No sale of data. Submissions and ledger entries are not sold, rented, or shared for commercial marketing.
