Proposal: Transfer Portal infrastructure — Bluetooth mesh / Matter secured on-chain payments between albertlane.net accounts and X Money (Albert Lane, 10/29/26)
I wan to pitch infrastructure design, incorporating into my user accounts, features like Google's automatic Bluetooth mesh / matter, used to secure payment transactions to a "Transfer Portal" between users, and their X Money account, on-chain.
This will scaffold three ways:
1. Into a pipeline for subcontractor payment processing alternative to Stripe, for Gov. Tech, defense contracts, and SEC Crypto Disbursements to federal whistleblowers, etc..
(48 Hour Target)
2. (Later) On-Chain routing of node-local payment processing, wallet decentralization and unique account access, presence identification that enables anonymity through node account holders, isolation of [Device | Unassociated Devices], creating a safe network on public ledgers, of devices without identity (presence identification of in-use versus not).
(21 Days Target Full Deployment)
3. (More later) On-Chain shared cache for distributed telemetry, specifically for augmented, Albert Robot Operating System (AROS), enabling peer to peer geo-location cache for Augmented Reality apps on our Operating System (AROS), a Defense-Grade-First, infrastructure for the future.
(Ongoing at 21+ Days Indefinitely)
Proposal comes with:
albertlane.netkriging.c, matrix models), and Model Context Protocol gateways (mcp.albertlane.net)./subcontractor, /subcontractor/xai-backend-proposal)**: Positioned as sovereign alternatives to traditional middleware (Stripe, AWS Lambda) for GovTech, defense contracting, and SEC disbursements.kriging5d.c, matrix manifolds) for low-latency AR state synchronization across distributed nodes.[10/29/26]
Added by Albert Lane after the original. Append-only; the original text and its SHA-256 above are unchanged.
Addendum 1 [10/29/26] I'll do it live for 13 months, with an ongoing sustainment deployment directive of 24 months, contractually, on my terms. No dollar amount: 22% promised GDP growth can't include a business proposal. It's never been done. So I'll work backwards and make the template live.
