I. OWNERSHIP DECLARATION

All software, algorithms, visual renderers, data structures, interface designs, interaction paradigms, and derivative works contained in or produced by the MacroHard product suite — including but not limited to the Six-Trunk Dual Renderer, the Albert Cylinder Engine, the Force Matrix, and any associated utilities — are the sole intellectual property of Albert Lane.

II. PERMITTED USE

Natural persons (individuals) for non-commercial, personal, or academic use, provided attribution is preserved.

III. CORPORATE USE — ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION

No corporation, LLC, partnership, trust, non-profit acting as a corporate proxy, government contractor, government agency, or legally organized entity may use, reproduce, distribute, modify, train on, ingest, index, sell, sublicense, embed, or otherwise derive value from this software or any portion thereof without ALL THREE of the following conditions being satisfied simultaneously:

  1. Written consent — signed wet-ink or cryptographically verified agreement executed by Albert Lane personally.
  2. Verbal consent — explicit spoken agreement from Albert Lane, in person.
  3. In-person meeting — conditions (1) and (2) must occur in the physical presence of Albert Lane.

IV. STATUTORY REMEDIES

Unauthorized corporate use constitutes:
- Willful copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 501, subject to statutory damages up to $150,000 per work.
- Trade secret misappropriation under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836).
